Because let’s be honest… no one wants to be outside in December pretending they are not freezing.

So when this sweet family reached out wanting that cozy, at-home Christmas feel, I knew the perfect solution. I rented a beautiful studio space that gave us the warmth and softness they were envisioning. This is something I offer for winter portrait sessions, especially here in Aurora, IL where outdoor natural light sessions just are not realistic in the colder months.

And honestly? It turned out so good.

Naomi and I first met online over five years ago, bonding instantly over creativity, self-expression, and a shared love for storytelling through art. We stayed connected through the years, cheering each other on from afar - and this fall, we finally got to meet in person for our very first photoshoot together in downtown Hinsdale, Illinois.
